Order processing will start within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Once your doll starts production at our factory, it may not be cancelled for unless valuable reason.

Order cancellation is only possible with the first 24 hours.

Note: There is no cancellation/refund on orders with custom options added.

Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.

However, we do not cover the return shipping costs. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If there is a problem with the quality of our products, consumers are allowed to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days (14 days or more) of signing for the package, However, we cannot replace the sex doll for you if the damages are incurred by yourself.
